I went to Walmart on Friday night. I didn’t feel well so I was looking for buy soup can. And then i met “Mike” at the shelf. He is working at Walmart. I asked him what is the favorite soup can. He answered me that “Campbell” is very popular. I asked him that had he ever made his own soup. He said never. He told me that most of soup that he had always came from can. Then I told him that in my family my mom always made soup by her self. My favorite one is rice soup with fish. My mom always made this soup for me when i didn’t feel well. He told me that he had rice soup once but it combined with sugar and butter. Then he asked me about my mom recipe.

NEWS_HW:Mother Daughter killed by officer at Atlanta

ULUTH, Ga. – Police say a 75-year-old woman and her daughter were shot to death at a suburban Atlanta home after the younger woman pointed a gun at an officer.

Gwinnett County police spokeswoman Cpl. Illana Spellman says an officer responded to a 911 call from Barbara Baker on Tuesday night. Baker reported that her daughter, 51-year-old Penny Schwartz, had threatened suicide and said she wanted police to kill her.

While Baker was talking with the officer, Schwartz came downstairs and pointed a gun. Spellman said the officer felt threatened and fired, hitting both women.

Gwinnett police are investigating. Spellman says the officer will be placed on routine leave during the investigation.

Baker died at the scene and Schwartz died overnight.

I spoke with my friend “Alex” yesterday. We talked about Harry Potter. He just seen this new one that just came out but I didnt see it yet. He told me that he has the same birthday as Harry Potter. And he said everyone think its the cool things if you are harry fan. I told him that I re-watched Harry Potter many times espescially the first and the second one. I like when they still be the kids. They look adorable in the film. He asked me that “how about when they grow up”. I answered him that they are good too. Harry Potter is like the up coming age movies though. I spoke with my friend “Dylan” yesterday on the phone. We talked about vegetarian things. He said that he dont eat meat because he loves animals and he said that he don’t eat living things. I answered him that I loved animals but I still eat meats. He told me that he started to be vegetarian about 3 years ago and he is the only one in the family that being vegetarian. He said that many people making fun of him about this. I said to him that it’s very kind and great things that he still doing this. In my opions,Although I loves animals but I still eat meats because I thinking only the food chain.I eat for living. But i do not support about stuffs that made from animals like Fur.

On the Independence day, I went to outlet at Williamsburg for shopping and then went to Colonial Williamsburg for seeing the fireworks. I met “John” there. John works in Newyork City but now he is in Virginia for vacation. He told me that he was born in Taxas but raised up in Virginia. He used to live in Richmond for 2 years. He said he likes Richmond because it is a small city that lots of art and full of history. I asked him which one is better between NYC and Richmond. But he said it’s can not comparable cause NYC is a huge city while Richmond is a small one. By the way he loves both cities for what they really are. So he asked me back that did I like Richmond or not? I answered him that I still dont know yet, I need to find out. ^^

I met the native speakers on Thurday last week. They are the student of World studies class. I met four of them. At first time when I was there I felt nervous because I was afraid that they couldn’t understand me or didn’t get what I tried to say because my pronunciation is very bad.

I spoke with two guys who sat in the front of the room. Theirs name were Toby and Matthew. Matthew said he was studying about english major. But I didn’t remember what Toby studying. We talked about my country(Thailand). They asked me that I was miss my country or not. I said “Yes, absolutely I miss my home ,I really want to go back”. And we talked about the hobbies. I told them that I love watching movies and photography. Matthew told me that his wife was studying about Photography major. I thought that really cool.

Other things, We talked about the different between the night club in Thailand and Richmonds. They asked me that which one is better.

I picked my thailand. That’s not because I from Thailand so I should to support my country but this is real. The Night clubs in Thailand are very very cool. Everythings is fancinating. The music, The people, The food, The drinks.

In Richmond, Many night clubs are play hip hop or rap songs mostly. And I think its kind of boring for the people who love rock or punk music.

In my opinion : You can say that so why I am not go to the punk club or rock club only. I think that will be good but why we dont have the place that play many kinds of music.

If we go to the rock club or punk club we gonna meet only the punk people pr rock people. I think it’s not diversity.

News_Oregon man upset by McDonald's order calls 911 repeatedly

CLACKAMAS, Ore. - A man upset at the way McDonald’s employees handled his order was charged after allegedly calling 911 repeatedly on Friday to report the restaurant had robbed him, authorities said.

Jeremy Lloyd Martin, 23, was charged with improper use of the 911 service, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said. He spent a night in jail over the incident.

According to a tape of the 911 calls released by Clackamas County 911, a man initially told a dispatcher that he was at the McDonald’s near the intersection of Southeast Sunnyside Road and Southeast 82nd Avenue and needed help. The man said he had paid $10 in the drive-thru but only received a single burger and a fry before he was told to pull around.

“Sir, this is not a police matter,” the dispatcher told him. “You need to take it up with the manager of the McDonald’s.”

But a person who identified himself as Martin called back demanding that dispatchers send a police officer to the scene and threatening to sue.

“This is a 911 emergency,” the person said. “I got robbed for eight dollars.”

“Sir, 911 is life-and-death only,” the dispatcher said. “If you do continue calling 911 you will be arrested for misuse.”

“Well, arrest me at (expletive) 82nd and Sunnyside Road,” the caller responded. “Please send a cop right now. I swear to God all my life…”

Eventually an officer arrived after a person who identified himself as Martin had called 911 again.

A McDonald’s employee also called 911 to report that three men were screaming at her and trying to fight. The dispatcher told her to keep the doors locked and not to approach the drive-thru. Another witness told 911 the men were harassing employees.

On Saturday, Martin told KATU he stood by his actions.

“I was very upset that they tried to charge me for food I had already paid for,” he said.

Martin said he has worked on the other side of the drive-thru window as an assistant manager at a competing fast food restaurant and has called 911 over disputes involving customers but was never before arrested.

“For me to end up going to jail over a $10 order, that’s just ridiculous,” he said.
